Loudoun Cares Announces Finalists for 2025 Outstanding Volunteer Awards
Celebrating Volunteers across Loudoun County
LEESBURG, Virginia (April 2025) – Loudoun Cares is pleased to announce that finalists for the 2025 Outstanding Volunteer Awards (OVAs). These annual awards recognize Loudoun County’s volunteers for their outstanding contributions in making our community a place residents want to live, work, and enjoy. This is the ONLY event in Loudoun County that honors these everyday heroes across the wide variety of nonprofits serving our County.

We will be recognizing the OVA finalists and winners for their dedication and service throughout Loudoun County at the annual Outstanding Volunteer Awards reception to be held at the National Conference Center on May 1, 2025. About Loudoun Cares
Loudoun Cares is a Leesburg-based nonprofit serving the Loudoun County community for the past 20 years through its information & referral ConnectLine and Online Volunteer Center. The ConnectLine specializes in connecting people in need with resources, information, or referrals to local services and support providers. Loudoun Cares’ Volunteer Center is the county’s only online portal connecting volunteers with local nonprofits in need of support. The Center currently has over 330 nonprofits registered and receives between 80-100 new volunteer registrations each month. In 2024, Loudoun Cares helped fill 2248 volunteer opportunities across the County.
