Our ARPA Utility Assistance funding is temporarily unavailable. We have reached the current limit of available funds and are awaiting our next scheduled payout.

At this time, only LCAP requests can be processed. All other utility assistance applications will be on hold until new funding is received.

Important Note Before You Apply:

Due to varying requirements from utility providers, please be aware of the following:

  • Most utility assistance programs require either a disconnect notice or that your bill is at least 60 days past due.

  • The only exception is the Leesburg Water Customer Assistance Program, which may allow support for bills that are less than 60 days overdue.

If you are not a Leesburg Water customer and your bill is less than 60 days past due and you have not received a disconnect notice, you may not yet be eligible for assistance. Please review your utility bill before submitting your application.
