Nancy Tessman is a dedicated community leader and longtime resident of Loudoun County, where she has lived for more than three decades. She joins the Board of Loudoun Cares with a deep history of volunteerism, including 17 years supporting Loudoun County Public Schools in roles such as PTSO President, treasurer, Athletic Booster Club Fundraising Chair & Football Team Mom. Nancy also spent 13 years as a Boy Scout Leader and Sunday School teacher demonstrating her commitment to youth development. Professionally, she began her career in engineering, working across nuclear power, manufacturing, hardware/software engineering, and telecommunications, and for the past 22+ years has worked as a successful Realtor serving the Loudoun community. She is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Sterling. In her free time, she enjoys biking, hiking, working out, cooking, book club and playing guitar.
