Loudoun Cares is thrilled to welcome Jessica Tolliver to our Board of Directors. Currently, she is the Director of Operations and Compliance at International Development Group LLC (IDG), leading the organization’s Project Management and Compliance Units to ensure that complex international economic development program goals are achieved while maintaining rigorous regulatory and contractual compliance. Jessica is also Owner/Creator behind The Blackberry Fox, a handmade jewelry and gift business which embodies a deep personal commitment to community and family. A portion of all Blackberry Fox proceeds go directly to supporting adoption and family-building journeys.
Jessica is particularly excited to join Loudoun Cares due to its potential to foster a sense of shared responsibility and robust community engagement. She is deeply aligned with the organization’s model, which provides a structured and impactful way to ensure that all segments of the county’s population, particularly the more affluent, are actively giving back. Jessica believes in the vital importance of volunteerism and connecting individuals’ financial capabilities with hands-on community service to drive significant collective impact.
Jessica lives in South Riding and enjoys spending time with her husband, son, friends, and family!
