Jenny Tomlinson serves as the Executive Director, bringing a strong background in nonprofit leadership, operations, and community engagement. Prior to stepping into this role, Jenny served as Director of Operations and Programs for the organization for three years, where she developed a deep understanding of Loudoun Cares’ mission, programs, and impact throughout the community.
Before joining Loudoun Cares in 2021, Jenny worked with several nonprofits both locally and internationally in roles focused on development, financial management, and outreach. She also brings valuable experience partnering with corporations to develop and implement volunteer initiatives that strengthen community involvement and engagement.
With a proven track record of thoughtful leadership and a passion for service, Jenny is committed to expanding the reach and impact of Loudoun Cares as the organization continues to support and connect those in need across the community.
