Submit Your Work for Loudoun Cares' 7th Annual Art Auction

• All artwork must be donated this year (no split sales)

• We welcome 2D paintings and 3D sculptures

• Submit original work created within the past 18 months

• No prints or reproductions

• Family-friendly work preferred (minors may attend)

• Artwork must be ready to hang or display

• Size Range:

  • Minimum: 12” x 16”

  • Maximum: 48” x 48”

  • Size does not include frame

• Diptychs/Triptychs must be submitted as one piece

• Paint must be dry and ready for transport/hanging

• No jewelry or installations

• Frames must be clean and in good condition

• D-rings preferred, but not required

• No stretched wires over frame edges

• Sawtooth hangers must be bendable or replaced with wire

• Hanging hardware will be checked at drop-off; Artists must adjust if needed

• Open to artists in VA, DC, MD, and WV

• Primary Artists: Ages 24+

• Emerging Artists: Ages 18–24

• Completed submission form

• One (1) image of artwork (JPG, max 3MB)

• Optional: Additional photos or video

• Artist Bio (max 200 words)

• Artwork details: Title, medium, size, and market value

• Artist’s full name, address, phone, and email

• Gallery Agreement (upload with submission or send to Jenny Tomlinson at jenny@loudouncares.org)

• Donate 100% of auction proceeds to Loudoun Cares

• Allow Loudoun Cares to photograph and use images of accepted work for promotion

• Maintain ownership and risk until the work is sold

• Artwork images will not be reproduced for resale
