Tucked into the scenic hills of Loudoun County, Walsh Family Wine is a premier Virginia winery known for crafting elegant, vineyard-driven wines that reflect the character of the land. Founded by Nate and Sarah Walsh in 2014, the winery farms several distinct sites, producing exceptional varietals like Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Manseng, and Viognier.
In addition to producing their own award-winning wines, the Walshes are dedicated to supporting the local wine community through mentorship and collaboration. Their commitment to quality and authenticity has quickly made Walsh Family Wine a standout destination for wine lovers across the region.
We’re thrilled to welcome back Chef Tarver King of Waverly Springs, who will once again delight guests with his extraordinary culinary creations. Formerly the chef at the renowned Restaurant at Patowmack Farm, Chef King has earned national acclaim, with features in Wine Spectator, Bon Appétit, Food & Wine Magazine, Northern Virginia Magazine, The Washington Post, Washingtonian, Modern Luxury, Garden & Gun, and edible DC.
His accolades include seven James Beard Award nominations (Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, Rising Star), a James Beard finalist recognition, and the honor of Chef of the Year by the Restaurant Association of Washington, DC. He was also named one of Esquire Magazine’s Top Five Chefs to Watch.
