Tracey Leverett is a seasoned business professional experienced in the areas of Human Resources, Marketing, and Operations. She has worked in various industries such as real estate, construction, sports and recreation, law, IT, and telecommunications. Tracey is a practical problem solver, energized by working with people to bring about results. She helps people and organizations to find creative solutions and efficient ways to work and accomplish goals.

Born in Indiana, and a Hoosier at heart, Tracey grew up in several different states including New York, North Carolina and Texas. Moving numerous times provided a foundation of sincere interest in others and curiosity for acquiring information, learning, and communicating.

Along with her place on the Board of Directors of Loudoun Cares, she is on the Advisory Board of Maxwell’s Playbook, a women’s leadership organization. Tracey also leads a group of teen girls at her church.
