Loudoun Cares has been connecting residents and nonprofits since 2003.
The Loudoun Cares Information and Referral Helpline, now in its fourteenth year of operation, is a telephone helpline available from 9 AM to 5 PM, M-F, providing information and assistance for county residents looking for health and human services. Loudoun Cares operates the only online Volunteer Center exclusive to Loudoun County. We match citizens and businesses with local nonprofits looking for volunteer support. To read more about our Volunteer Center click here. To start volunteering click here.
Loudoun Cares is also in the business of training the youth of Loudoun to be outstanding volunteers through our Claude Moore Community Builders program. The program supports youth volunteers, the nonprofits in which they are placed, and the Loudoun residents that have benefited from a total of over 32,000 hours of volunteer service since the program began in 2007.
