Director

Erin is originally from Connecticut where she and her husband, Nick, were born and raised.  She holds a Master’s of Education in Psychology but settled in the field of business development.  Erin and Nick settled Virginia in 2010 where they grew their family to include their 3 beautiful daughters and a small farm.  Erin is the owner of E.L. Strategic, a local business development and marketing firm serving the greater DMV and WV areas.  She sits on many boards here in Loudoun and has a passion for public policy, local economy, and small business solutions.  In her free time, you can find her with her family – at the beach, hiking, adventuring, or on their farm with the horses and chickens.
