What We Do

Nonprofit Center

We offer our South Street Nonprofit Center, opened in 2010, to Loudoun’s third sector organizations. The goal of our facility is to provide reduced rent and shared services that will save money and allow tenant agencies to service more residents who are in need, more efficiently. The direct service we provide to other nonprofits using our Center helps to aid hundreds more in a year.

Our Nonprofit Center collaborates with the entire community to ensure that we are providing third-party services to nonprofits so that they can provide direct services to Loudoun’s citizens. We work to build the capacity of local charities.

Current nonprofit tenants:

  • Legal Services of Northern Virginia
  • American Red Cross
  • Brain Injury Services
  • Friends of Loudoun Mental Health
  • All Ages Read Together
  • Loudoun Cares (Business Office)
Nonprofit Center – Tenant Meetings

Tenant meetings are held every other month to ensure tenant satisfaction and to provide the opportunity for information exchange, promotion of current events and initiatives, and the ability to efficiently coordinate any needed shared services.
